To enhance the atmosphere of technological innovation on campus, promote the development of programming education, and provide students with a practical platform to participate in collegiate programming competitions, the Undergraduate School's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Department, School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence), and School of Software will jointly organize the "21st Hefei University of Technology Programming Competition & 2025 Anhui Provincial Robot Contest (Programming Category) Selection Trials" for all students. The competition details are as follows:

I. Eligibility

Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in 2023 and 2024 at Hefei University of Technology (Hefei Campus).

II. Competition Format

Individual participation, on-site computer-based testing.

5-7 programming problems to be solved within 3 hours.

Ranking based on number of solved problems, completion time, and penalty time for incorrect submissions.

Programming languages: C/C++.

III. Schedule & Procedures

1. Registration Period: From now until April 20, 2025.

2. Registration Method: Join the QQ group by providing Student ID-Name-School-Major.

3. Competition Time: Tentatively scheduled for April 26, 2025 (Saturday), 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

4. Venue: To be announced in the 2025 Competition QQ Group. Only student ID cards are allowed during the competition.

5. Registration Fee: Free of charge.

IV. Important Notes

Due to limited computer lab seats (max. 90 participants), early registration is encouraged.

The final participant list will be announced in the QQ group before the competition.

V. Awards

Prizes: First, Second, and Third Prizes (exact numbers based on participants).

First Prize: ≤10% of participants.

Second Prize: ≤20% of participants.

Third Prize: ≤30% of participants.

Outstanding contestants will qualify for the 2025 Anhui Provincial Collegiate Robot Contest (Programming) and subsequent training.
