To enrich students' extracurricular scientific activities, foster a campus culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, enhance students' capabilities in networking and distributed systems design, cultivate teamwork and innovative spirit, and provide a practical platform for students to participate in the Anhui Provincial Networking and Distributed Systems Innovation Design Contest, this competition aims to align talent development with national strategic needs and provincial industrial demands, strengthening universities' role in advancing new quality productive forces. In accordance with the requirements of the provincial organizing committee, our university will hold an on-campus selection contest. The details are as follows:

I. Competition Themes

The contest consists of two themes:

1. Network Systems and Security Design & Application

Focuses on innovative, scientific, and practical designs in networking.

Subtopics: Network architecture design, fault diagnosis & troubleshooting, cybersecurity solutions, and network applications.

2. Distributed Systems Design & Application

Evaluates innovation, scientific rigor, and practicality in distributed systems.

Subtopics: Cloud computing systems, distributed storage, and distributed computing.

II. Competition Rules

Team Composition:

Maximum 3 students and 2 advisors per team.

Each advisor may guide ≤2 teams as primary advisor and ≤2 teams as secondary advisor (total ≤4 teams).

Each student may join only one team.

Submission Requirements:

Interested students must join the QQ group (901754283) and submit the following materials to hfut_dsnet@163.com by 12:00 PM, March 31, 2025 (compressed file named: ProjectName_hfut2025.zip):

1. Entry form & summary table (templates in QQ group).

2. Signed academic integrity pledge (scanned copy, template in QQ group).

3. Project report (template in QQ group).

4. Demonstration materials (≤10 JPG images and/or MP4/FLV video, total ≤50MB).

5. Presentation slides (PPT format).

6. Core implementation code.

Important Notes:

All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism, infringement, or fraudulent claims will result in disqualification and legal liability.

Past award-winning entries (provincial/national level) are ineligible.

No school/team/advisor identifiers may appear in reports, slides, or media—violations will be disqualified.
